Registration Information and FAQ

The Primary Contact needs to be  at least 18 years old. You will register the players in the next steps.

We are a club run by volunteers, so by ticking yes and telling us how you can help is important. More information on the volunteer roles can be found here

The details provided on the Player registration assist us to assemble teams.  

Once Player details have been completed, you will be directed to the Uniform Shop.

Please review the information on the Confirmation screen, before agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

After Registration, you will be directed to Basketball Connect (BC). Registration in BC is compulsory and additional fees may be payable to Basketball QLD (covers insurances) and Southern Districts Basketball Association (SDBA) as follows:

Cyclones Basketball Club understands that circumstances may change after a player has registered for a season. The following refund policy applies to all player registrations:

• Prior to team notifications being issued: A full refund of the registration fees paid will be provided, less a $50 administration fee.
• After team notifications have been issued: A refund of 50% of the registration fees paid will be provided.

• After grading has commenced: No refund will be provided, except in exceptional circumstances. Any request for a refund due to exceptional circumstances must be submitted to the Club and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any non-refundable fees or charges imposed by Basketball Queensland, Southern Districts Basketball Association, Basketball Connect or other third parties are excluded from refunds where applicable.
